What does it mean that your products are "Made-to-Order"?

Instead of product just sitting on warehouse shelves, collecting dust and creating product waste, every time you place an order, we send your pants into production at our factory located right here in Los Angeles, CA. That means you get a fresh pair that's literally, made for you.

How long does it take to get my OMGI product?

Our leggings, yoga pants, and CORKPro yoga mats are all made-to-order. On average, this process takes 3-5 business days as they are individually prepped, printed and then sewn together by our master seamstresses. The estimated times are listed on each product's respective pages.

I need to change something in my order, how do I do this?

If you need to change or cancel your order, let us know right away by sending us an email at hello@omgiyoga.com with your Order Invoice in the email content. We generally process orders within one business day, but we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

I have a question about sizing/fit. Can I talk to someone?

We’re always here to help. One of our OMGI Team specialists can help you find your right size! Just let us know what size(s) you wear with what brands you normally wear. That way we can get a fit that’s justtt right. Just hit the contact us tab on your right and we'll be in touch!

Do you sell your pants in-store?

While we (OMGI) do not have a retail store, we do have Studio and Wholesale partners around the world! You'll be able to find our leggings in select studios and boutiques. You can view all of them at

Shipping

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you'll get a series of email updates about when your order is shipped and when it's delivered. Your My Account page also shows you information about your current and previous orders. You can also connect to Facebook messenger to see updates about your order!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! Add any of our OMGI products to cart and our shipping calculator will give you competitive rates using USPS, UPS and DHL - it'll even choose the lowest priced option as it's first choice.

Who's responsible for international tax and duties?

In some cases, your OMGI order might be held by your local customs and be subject to import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes applied to package. OMGI Yoga cannot control and is not responsible for any of those duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages or even return them to us. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If an item is returned to us by custom, you will still be liable for shipping costs, as they are non-refundable.

How is sales tax calculated on my order?

Sales tax is automatically calculated by our system to match local and federally required taxes.

Return & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We proudly hold the OMGI Promise – a 14 day, risk free testing period for you to try out your pants. We know you'll love your pants. But if you don't, send it back to us in 14 days of your pants being shipped. Just pay for return shipping. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Custom inseam pants are not eligible for the returns or exchanges. Pants cannot be washed, worn, or show damage, etc. ONELOVE products are not eligible for returns. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. Excessive damage, including and not limited to, tears, rips, stains, water damage, holes, discoloration and bleaching will result in voided refunds are not covered by the OMGI Promise.

How long do returns or exchanges under OMGI Promise take?

Once we’ve received your OMGI wear back, it takes us 3-5 business days to review the pants and make sure they’re in returnable/exchangeable condition.

For returns, you will be notified via email when your refund will be taking place and if there are any issues with the return.

For exchanges, you'll receive a confirmation email that your new leggings are being sent out. This usually comes in the form of a new order number.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the return.

Technical Issues

My order won’t go through, what’s the issue?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Please note for International shipments, you may need to request for an approval from your bank, as all payments are processed in U.S. Dollars by Shopify Payments, or your respective payment processor (Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)
