The Cairns Active Living Program, an initiative of the Cairns Regional Council, is dedicated to promoting the physical and mental well-being of the Cairns community. Led by certified trainers, the program offers a diverse range of complimentary exercise and well-being classes. These classes are open to all residents and visitors.

Class Participation Guidelines

To ensure a productive and safe class experience, participants are encouraged to:

* Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing and supportive footwear.
* Bring water, a personal towel, and sun protection (as necessary).
* Arrive five minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for any necessary consultations with the instructor regarding medical conditions or limitations.

Program Modifications and Cancellations

Class schedules may be subject to adjustments due to adverse or unsafe weather conditions. Please refer to the Cairns Active Living Facebook page for up-to-date information on any cancellations or schedule changes. Additionally, please note that classes are not held on public holidays.
