Northern Westchester Hospital’s Center for Healthy Living presents an exclusive online cooking class designed to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to mitigate their osteoporosis risk. The class will be led by Emily Carter, Registered Dietitian, who will guide attendees through a comprehensive exploration of the culinary and nutritional aspects of osteoporosis prevention.
