I have a question about sizing/fit. Can I talk to someone?

We’re always here to help. One of our OMGI Team specialists can help you find your right size! Just let us know what size(s) you wear with what brands you normally wear. That way we can get a fit that’s justtt right. I’m having trouble ordering the pants on your site, can you help?

My order won’t go through, what’s the issue?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Please note for International shipments, you may need to request for an approval from your bank, as all payments are processed in U.S. Dollars by Shopify.

 

I need to change something in my order, how do I do this?

If you need to change or cancel your order, let us know right away by sending us an email at hello@omgiyoga.com with your Order Invoice in the email content. We generally process orders within one business day, but we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

How long does it take to get my pants?

Our pants are all made-to-order. On average, this process takes 2-3 weeks as they are individually prepped, printed and then sewn together by our master seamstresses.

 

Are your pants really made-to-order in the United States?

Yes! They definitely are. Every time you place an order, we send your pants into production at our factory located right here in Los Angeles, CA.

 

Do you sell your pants in-store?

While we (OMGI) do not have a retail store, we do have Studio and Wholesale partners around the world! You'll be able to find our leggings in select studios and boutiques. If you're interested in sell OMGI at your store, studio, or boutique, please email us at hello@omgiyoga.com!

 

How do I adjust the length of the pants if they’re too long?

While we advise against making any modifications to our pants, we understand that the right fit is something everyone wants to have. Taking them to a professional tailor is your best bet, or in the future, consider ordering from our new, industry-first Custom Inseam option, now available across OMGI Yoga’s legging lines.

 

Who's responsible for international tax and duties?

In some cases, your OMGI order might be held by your local customs and be subject to import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes applied to package. OMGI Yoga cannot control and is not responsible for any of those duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages or even return them to us. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If an item is returned to us by custom, you will still be liable for shipping costs, as they are non-refundable.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We proudly hold the OMGI Promise – a 14 day, risk free testing period for you to try out your pants. We know you'll love your pants. But if you don't, send it back to us in 14 days of your pants being shipped. Just pay for return shipping. Please contact us at support@omgiyoga.com to set up a return/exchange.

 

Refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Custom inseam pants are not eligible for the returns or exchanges. Pants cannot be washed, worn, or show damage, etc. ONELOVE products are not eligible for returns. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. Excessive damage, including and not limited to, tears, rips, stains, water damage, holes, discoloration and bleaching will result in voided refunds are not covered by the OMGI Promise.

How long do returns under OMGI Promise take?

Once we’ve received your OMGI wear back, it takes us 3-5 business days to review the pants and make sure they’re in returnable condition. You will be notified via email when your refund will be taking place and if there are any issues with the return. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the return.

 

Care

How do I care for my OMGIs?

We highly recommend you wash it with cold water and like colors. Detergent is okay, as long as there’s no bleaching agent. Air dry or tumble low to keep the fabric resilient and lasting. If there’s a stain, try to get it out quickly with a little bit of warm water and soap on the stained area – don’t worry, the print shouldn’t come off.

 

I’m getting some cameltoe action down there. Is that normal?

No! It’s not! Preventing cameltoe was a major design focus that we worked on using our double-padded oval design to prevent it. This design creates extra padding for those extra crotchy stretches while providing coverage so that seams don’t cause that…camel to show up. This only happens when the pants have been pulled up too high – resulting in an awkward angle that makes the inseam pull into that position. Try pulling down the fabric around your thigh area and make small adjustments across the fabric. That usually does the trick!
