The Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (MCMUA) Revises Hazardous Waste Drop-off Dates

The Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (MCMUA) has announced revised dates for its upcoming hazardous waste drop-off events. Residents of Morris County will now be able to dispose of their hazardous waste on the following dates:

  • Saturday, March 11, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, May 13, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, July 15, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, September 16, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 11, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The drop-off events will be held at the MCMUA’s Central Transfer Station located at 1111 Dickerson Road, Parsippany, NJ. Residents are asked to bring their hazardous waste in sealed containers and to clearly label the contents. Acceptable items include paint, batteries, household cleaners, pesticides, and fluorescent bulbs. A complete list of acceptable items is available on the MCMUA website.

200 Club of Morris County Announces Scholarship Deadline
