Your instructor will be Nancy, a certified yoga teacher specializing in various styles, including Yin, Gentle, Hatha, Trauma-Informed, and prenatal/postnatal yoga. Nancy, a McGill Law School graduate, is passionate about social justice and mental well-being. She firmly believes in the transformative power of yoga and meditation for fostering inner peace. Her approach is characterized by joy and aims to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
