5. Allow the torso and right arm to follow the movement.
6. Place your left hand on your left foot or shin, with your right hand extended towards the sky.
7. Maintain a gentle bend in the front knee and keep the spine straight.
8. Engage the legs and press feet firmly into the floor.
9. Gaze ahead, maintaining a relaxed facial expression.
10. Hold the pose for 3-5 breaths, then repeat on the other side.
