Yin Yoga and Sound Healing

Unwind from the week’s stress with a restorative 30-minute Yin Yoga session, followed by a 30-minute Sound Healing session. Our Sound Healing session incorporates crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, among other instruments, to release tension and promote relaxation in both body and mind.
