This practice for a minimum of 11 minutes in each direction promotes circulation, enhances flexibility, and improves overall health.

Surya Namaskara

Surya Namaskara, a series of dynamic asanas, is highly effective in managing diabetes. The rhythmic flow of poses, combined with controlled breathing, enhances oxygen and glucose utilization at the cellular level. Additionally, abdominal movements and stretches improve pancreatic function and insulin secretion, regulating blood sugar levels.
