This session is designed for those new to yoga and will provide an introduction to basic yoga postures. The session is open to all ages and fitness levels.

No prior experience with yoga is necessary to participate in this session.


  • Can relieve chronic ailments
  • Can relieve back pain, stress, anxiety, and tension
  • Strengthens the spine
  • Takes only 5-10 minutes to practice daily

The session will be conducted by a certified yoga instructor.
