has dedicated over 15 years to practicing yoga and has recently completed comprehensive teacher training programs in both Nepal and Ecuador. Her passion for yoga and her commitment to fostering well-being motivated her to share its transformative benefits with the community.

Benefits of Yoga

will guide participants through a series of postures and breathing exercises designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. While contributions towards the rental cost of the Pembroke Community Club are appreciated, they are not mandatory.
