The Sarth Ayurveda Retreat & Wellness Centre is situated approximately 10 km from the Goa-Maharashtra border, and is set on two acres of land which has dense forests, hills and rivers.
**Sessions:**
- Morning and evening yoga and mudra sessions over 3 days and nights
- Nature walks and village walk
- Introductory Ayurveda session by the in-house Ayurvedic doctor
- Sattvic meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and evening beverage)
