Hot yoga is practiced in a room heated to between 85 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the class type and studio. The heat helps the body to stretch more deeply into poses and promotes sweating, which can help to cleanse the body.
Not all yoga studios offer hot yoga classes, but here are eight places in the Indianapolis area that do:
