The word “kids” evokes a wide range of emotions and experiences. Some people adore them, others find them indifferent, and still others are completely perplexed by their behavior. Some individuals refuse to mature, even into their late thirties, opting to remain in their childhood homes.
Children frequently provide moments of laughter, particularly those who are chatty or possess a stubborn streak. Mommy Shots, a well-known blog, recently solicited stories from parents about their children’s peculiar eating habits. The responses were incredibly humorous, prompting reflections on the challenging and eccentric behavior I exhibited as a child. It is no wonder that my mother occasionally feigned ignorance of my existence as her daughter.
Lunchtime Yoga
Starting this week, Yoga with Jojo will offer brief and invigorating power vinyasa sessions on New University road from 12:15 – 1:00 / 1:15 pm. This dynamic and fluid vinyasa practice incorporates a shortened warm-up and cool-down, enabling participants to complete their workout in 45 minutes. An optional 15-minute inversion practice and savasana are available from 1 to 1:15 pm. The class is recommended for individuals with a foundation in vinyasa yoga who appreciate a faster-paced session. The class costs 7,000 Ks, and mats can be rented for 1,000 Ks.
