An aerobic workout that combines kickboxing, floor aerobics and boot camp drills.

Muscle Toning and Conditioning

A workout that strengthens, tones and defines muscles. Cardio intervals are sometimes incorporated.

Strong Nation

A high-intensity training class that combines body weight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training.

Zumba

A Latin-inspired dance fitness class that blends Latin music and easy-to-follow dance steps.

Meditation Alignment-Based Yoga

A yoga class designed for students with previous yoga experience. Offers a mix of poses with safe modifications for challenging poses.

Beginner Yoga

A well-rounded yoga class that starts with meditation, followed by gentle movement, stretching and relaxation.

Chair Yoga

A yoga class designed for those who need more support or have mobility limitations. Can be done in any sturdy chair without wheels.

Gentle Yoga Flow

A yoga class that includes gentle stretching and strengthening movements to calm the mind and relieve stress.

Mindful Yoga Flow

A slow-paced yoga class that focuses on body and breath awareness. Encourages curiosity and agency in your practice.

Mindfulness Meditation

A meditation class that develops the capacity to meet all experiences calmly, steadily, and clearly.

Yoga Somatics

A gentle yoga class that focuses on releasing tension, allowing for more freedom of movement, building strength, and restoring proper alignment.
